Data processed and purposes

This Application may process Users’ Personal Data to allow contact via WhatsApp, analyse the use of the website through Google Analytics 4, and display external content such as Google Fonts and Font Awesome.

Through WhatsApp, the phone number, profile name, message content and any data voluntarily provided by the User may be processed. The processing is based on the User’s request and/or on the performance of pre-contractual measures.

Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, allows the collection of statistical data on the use of the website, such as Usage Data, information about the device and browser, approximate geographical area, session statistics and Trackers. The processing is based on the User’s consent.

Google Fonts, provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, and Font Awesome, provided by Fonticons, Inc., allow the display of typefaces, icons and graphic content. These services may process Usage Data, IP address and any other data according to what is indicated in their respective privacy policies. The processing is based on the Owner’s legitimate interest in the correct display of the website or on the User’s consent, where required.

Data retention

Personal Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Data sent via WhatsApp is retained for the time necessary to handle the User’s request and any subsequent relationship. Data processed by third-party services is retained according to the respective privacy policies and the settings of each service.

User rights

Users may, in the cases provided for by the applicable law, access their Personal Data, request its rectification or erasure, request the restriction of processing, object to processing, receive the data in a portable format where applicable, withdraw the consent given without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
