Alessandro Porta, born in 1993, graduated from the Hospitality and Culinary Arts Institute of Salsomaggiore Terme and began his career in renowned kitchens such as Corte Pallavicina in Polesine Parmense and Quattro Passi in London, where he refined his expertise in seafood cuisine.
He further developed his experience in three well-established restaurants in the Parma area — Tre Pozzi, Osteria di Fornio and San Faustino — before leading the family restaurant, Atto Primo, for five years with a contemporary approach deeply rooted in local traditions.
His most recent role was as chef de partie at Ristorante La Valle in Fidenza, a kitchen focused on quality and innovation. Today, he brings this background directly into private homes, offering a service that combines technique, seasonality and a highly personal approach.
